Our New Kitchen Runner from Loloi

I’ve recently been on the hunt for the perfect kitchen rug. I’m always about function going hand in hand with style, and I’ve finally found the perfect fit.

We’ve had this rug for a couple weeks now, and let me tell you, it passes the test! I love the vintage look of it and how well it ties the whole kitchen together, but also how durable it is. Our house seems to be growing exponentially over the past couple of months with our new additions of six chickens and now two little kittens. Sometimes it seems like we’re on our way to becoming a zoo.

With all of this, plus the dogs and kids, the messes seem to make themselves and I’m always conscious of making sure spaces will hold up to everyday life. It’s important to me to find products that not only reflect my personal style and make my home feel warm and welcoming, but also that can make my life a little easier. 

Our new Loloi Hathaway runner is super easy to clean and has stood up to just about everything my family and numerous animals have thrown at it. It’s super soft and comfortable, which is perfect to break up the wood floor we have in the kitchen. I love the muted colors and that the rug has a little bit of a worn look, but with a much more affordable price than something vintage. It has the perfect blend of the modern and vintage. The look that I love and keeps the house feeling both cozy and high end, without breaking the bank. Definitely a must have in this home!
